General Provisions
These terms govern the use of Divine's online gambling services (the Services). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these terms and any amendments. Divine may modify these terms at any time without prior notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements where Divine operates. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Account Registration and Access
Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and in all cases not younger than 18, to open an account. Divine may require age and identity verification. By applying for an account you certify that you meet eligibility requirements and will provide accurate information when requested.
One account; no sharing. Divine generally requires a single account per person and per household. Divine may refuse registration, suspend, or close accounts at its sole discretion, including for reasons related to jurisdiction or failure to verify information. Winnings will be paid to the account holder.
Account credentials and responsibility. You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password and for all activities conducted through your account. Divine is not liable for losses arising from compromised or shared credentials or unauthorized use that results from your failure to protect your login details.
Verification and compliance. Divine may request documentation to verify identity, age, address, and payment instruments. Failure to provide requested verification may limit deposits or withdrawals or lead to account suspension.
Dormant and Inactive Accounts
If an account remains inactive for twelve consecutive months, it will be considered dormant and may be restricted. If inactivity continues for five years, Divine may apply an administrative fee and/or report the account in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Customers may contact support to discuss activation or reactivation where permissible under these Terms.
Account Updates
Material changes to personal information should be updated promptly through the official channels or by contacting customer support. Divine may require additional verification following updates. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or access to the Services.
Use of the Website and Services
Access and confidentiality. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Do not disclose credentials to others. Divine is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use caused by your failure to protect your account.
Service disruptions and game integrity. If a game is interrupted or disconnected, the system will resume from the last valid state upon re-entry. If a bet was not received by the server, your balance will not be debited. Divine does not accept liability for losses resulting from interruptions, network outages, or other issues beyond Divine's reasonable control. Data transmitted over the Internet may be intercepted; Divine bears no liability for such interception or misuse.
Responsible Gaming

Integrity and Compliance
Compliance with law. Divine operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions where it offers the Services. Divine may monitor accounts for suspicious or criminal activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to authorities where required by law.
Fraud and prohibited activity. Divine reserves the right to suspend play or withhold payments and to terminate accounts that involve fraud, misrepresentation, or other prohibited conduct. Grounds for account termination include, without limitation, multiple active accounts, misalignment between account name and payment instrument ownership, use of a prohibited jurisdiction, improper use of promotions, account sharing, chargebacks, and any attempts to manipulate the gaming system. Divine may void winnings and recover funds in such circumstances. Any exploitation or manipulation of software or systems will result in permanent bans and forfeiture of funds.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Transaction records. You may obtain a copy of transaction data and related terms for deposits and withdrawals through the Service. Divine will provide reasonable access to statements on request.
Deposits. All deposits must be funded with payment instruments registered in the account holder’s name and processed through Divine’s approved channels. Divine may audit deposits prior to crediting. If a payment instrument is not owned by you, the account may be suspended pending written authorization from the instrument holder and supporting documentation.
Reversals and disputes. Divine may pursue disputed deposits with the issuing bank or collection authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Withdrawals. A withdrawal is subject to any prior wagering requirements or rolling over of deposits as specified by Divine's payout policies. Divine reserves the right to determine the payout method. The maximum weekly payout is set at €10,000, with the potential for higher winnings to be paid over multiple weeks at Divine's discretion. Identity verification is required for the first payout, including government-issued ID and proof of address, and additional documents may be requested for funding sources such as cards. Submissions must be clear and legible and may be processed through designated channels. If local law prohibits online gambling or card usage in your jurisdiction, you are not authorized to gamble or fund the account from that location.
Promotions and Bonuses
Acceptance and terms. Claiming any promotional offer indicates that you have read and accepted the applicable terms. Divine reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at its discretion and to determine eligibility for offers.
Eligibility and exclusions. Some jurisdictions may be excluded from bonus redemption. Promotions are generally limited to one qualifying bonus per account, per household, and per customer. Welcome bonuses apply to the first eligible deposit. Divine may offer promotions to new customers from time to time and may impose time limits and wagering requirements on all offers.
Usage and restrictions. Promotions are not transferable, have defined time limits, and may be subject to wagering requirements. Promotional offers may be withdrawn or changed without notice in accordance with these Terms.
Disputes, Liability and Disclaimers
Limitation of liability. Divine’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and does not include indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except as required by applicable law. In any event, Divine’s liability shall be limited to the amount of funds in the customer’s account or the value of winnings paid to the customer.
No warranties. The Services are provided on an as is and as available basis. Divine makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, or reliability of the Services.
Dispute resolution. Any disputes relating to gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, or terms should be raised through Divine’s official channels. Divine will respond in accordance with its internal dispute resolution policy and decisions will be final to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
Divine may amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through on-site notices. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease use of the Services and close your account in accordance with Divine’s procedures.
