Divine provides a self-exclusion mechanism to permit a defined pause from gambling activities on the Divine platform. This policy applies to all Divine wagering products available to the account holder and remains in force for the duration selected.
When to use self-exclusion
Consider self-exclusion when gambling activity may be heading toward problematic patterns, or when you need a temporary or extended break for personal, financial, or health reasons. The option is designed to pause access to the account for a specified period.
Activation and duration selection
To initiate self-exclusion, sign in to your Divine account, open your profile details, select Self-Exclusion, choose a duration, and confirm. Once confirmed, access to the Divine account will be blocked for the entire selected period.
- Navigate to profile details and choose Self-Exclusion.
- Select a start date (immediate by default) and a fixed duration.
- Confirm the action to apply the exclusion across Divine products.
Duration options
Divine provides a range of standard self-exclusion durations. Examples include the following periods:
- 7 days
- 30 days (1 month)
- 90 days (3 months)
- 180 days (6 months)
- 365 days (12 months)
Users may select from these options; longer or shorter periods may be offered in accordance with applicable terms. The chosen duration remains in effect for the full period, and the user cannot shorten the exclusion unilaterally before it ends.
What happens during the exclusion
During the self-exclusion period, the Divine account login will be blocked. The user will not be able to place bets, access account funds, or engage with Divine wagering activities for the duration of the exclusion.
Extending, modifying or lifting exclusion
- To extend an active exclusion, return to the Self-Exclusion section and select a new end date where available.
- To lift after the period ends, attempt to log in once the duration has elapsed. If access remains restricted, contact Divine Support to confirm reactivation and to address any verification requirements.
