Make a Deposit

Divine governs the funding of user accounts through clear rules on eligible methods, minimums and maximums, processing times, and compliance requirements. By funding your Divine account you acknowledge and agree to this Deposit Policy, which Divine may modify in accordance with payment partner agreements and applicable law.

Scope and Acceptance

This Deposit Policy is a component of Divine Terms. Continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Deposit Eligibility and Account Readiness

  • Minimum deposit before play is twenty USD or the equivalent in the account currency. Divine may revise this minimum and will publish current limits on the deposit page.
  • There are defined minimum and maximum deposit levels per transaction; deposits below the minimum are not credited to the account.
  • Deposits must be made from cleared funds; only deposits to the Divine account are permitted.
  • The name on the payment method must match the name registered to the Divine account.
  • Deposits must be conducted through a Financial Institution or Payment Solution Provider using the methods displayed on Divine. Cash or cheques are not accepted.
  • Some deposit methods may be unavailable depending on jurisdiction and currency.
  • Divine reserves the right to perform additional Know Your Customer procedures during deposits.
  • Deposited funds are credited to the account within a reasonable time after deposit confirmation, subject to any required verification.

Accepted Deposit Methods

  • Debit and credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro.
  • E-wallets and other payment options listed on Divine at the time of deposit.

Currency Handling and Funds Availability

  • Divine accepts fiat payments. If the deposit currency differs from the account currency, the funds may be converted by the customer’s bank, wallet, or payment provider before crediting to the account.
  • Deposits are processed through the payment method in the name of the Divine account holder. The provider name must correspond to the Divine account name.

Security, Source of Funds, and Compliance

  • Deposits from illicit or unlawful sources are prohibited. The Company may verify the source of funds and may apply the same payment method to withdrawals.
  • Divine may require additional documentation or verification at any stage to comply with AML and KYC requirements.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, Divine may credit deposits with bonuses under published bonus terms. Bonus credits are subject to wagering and other conditions defined by Divine.

Non-Compliance, Adjustments, and Abuse

Divine reserves the right to cancel deposits, suspend transactions, or take other actions if abuse, irregular activity, or regulatory concerns are detected in relation to deposits.
